If you love solving problems, that's kind of where entrepreneurship comes from, and you hone your skills by bringing people and resources together around your vision and ideas to solve problems.

There are things in our lives that aren't ideal, but because we've habituated to them, we're not as motivated to change them. This also applies to societal issues like racism or sexism—because they've been present for so long, we might not notice them as much and therefore feel less motivated to address them.

Remote work has turned the lights on in the room, it's allowing us to see the cracks and cobwebs, and we can never switch that light off again. If your relationships were strong to start with, remote and hybrid work has been shown to intensify those relationships. If you already had fractures and negative relationships, hybrid and remote has been shown to intensify the negativity and make those relationships worse.

To bring your stakeholders and to do that, you must show that this transformation you are proposing makes good business sense.

Today's politicians can't lead public opinion, because they're frightened of it – and we're so consumed by constitutional crises, that there's just no real chance that politicians can give these issues sufficient thought.
