The basic problem is that if you attempt to commit suicide with a gun, you typically succeed. It's also true that there is a more violent culture generally in the US. The US in general, has broader problems with crime, with social dysfunction, narcotics often, and all these work together with guns to create this epidemic.

That is my courage – I see things thanks to young people around me, and go forward fast, implementing before others do.

It's taken for me to get into my 30s to realise I am more than the media told me I was- I have more to say, so do my friends. We are intelligent, we are strong, we are multi-faceted, we are vulgar and we are funny.

Your only duty is to take the rope and try to make a better one. Your only duty is to make the best rope you can for your children, for the next generation.

Fundamentally, we must slow-down the process of change. We should recognise that most change is not progress- and therefore, it is in our interests to slow down without interfering too much with actual solution making.
