Entrepreneurship is a way of life. For me, entrepreneurship has always been about being a builder. Whether it's about undiscovered artists or working with companies pre-launch, the build process is what attracts me.

Our brains are adept at concealing our motives from ourselves, convincing us that we are not as interested in status as we might actually be. This self-deception, paradoxically, enhances our ability to argue our lack of interest in status, which, in turn, can ironically increase our standing within the social group. People are drawn to this perceived humility, further entrenching the intricate and ironic dance of status within human society.

Creativity is about solving interesting problems, and problems are interesting because they have constraints. You cannot think outside the box, but you can think along the edges of the box. The box is something to lever and learn against. Look for the edges of the box and don't deny the boundaries!

My work depends on knowing real India, not the 'exotic' stereotype.

Democracies are not very good at long term planning in general and population ageing is the utmost long term planning.
